Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Jason Parker Pickleball Memorial Classic, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for liability, loss, damage, or injury that I may have against the City of Long Beach, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, officials, affiliates, and all other parties involved in the event, along with their respective representatives, successors, and assigns.

I acknowledge that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I certify that I am physically fit, in good health, and have no condition that would prevent my safe participation in this event.

I understand and agree that once I have registered and/or the event has begun, there are no refunds, including for forfeiture, withdrawal, or inability to participate.

I further grant permission for event organizers to use photographs, video, or other media of me taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

I have read this waiver in full, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.
